I can be such a nerd about certain things -- especially my liturgical calendar. So, of course, I go to the US Naval Observatory web site to get most of my information (sun rise/sun set/dark and full moon/Earth's apogee and perigee). I am still trying to find out when Sirius actually rises in the summer. However, I thought I'd share with you their symbol. Of course, Urania is figured prominently.
